Yummylicious Energy Boosting Moringa Smoothie:
(Blend it all together)
2 cups of chilled water
2 tablespoon of Melilea Organic Soya powder
* 1 cup of strawberries
1 kiwi
1 banana
1 tablespoon of Nurturing Remedies Moringa Powder
* 1 tablespoon of organic flax seed oil
* 2 pcs pitted dates (kurma)
* (optional)
A good way to start your day! This makes a delicious, healthy energy boosting drink for 2 (but you can have it all if you want)! Moringa leaf powder can be added to just about any food OR drink.
